I’ve made my living in more than a dozen trades, owned and managed small businesses, and trained others in each one. Along the way I’ve written policies, procedures, software, manuals, websites, ads, articles, and books. I’ve also spent a lifetime studying physics, history, philosophy, psychology, theology, mythology, yoga, and integral theory.
All of it has led me to one central insight: love is much more than a feeling. It has structures that allow people to coordinate relationships, make sense of the world, and trust uncertainty. When those structures are in place, individuals and communities grow stronger, wiser, and more creative.
My work brings those ideas into practice through writing, teaching, speaking, and coaching.
