Steer Your Life with Love at the Helm.
Love is the universal organizing principle because nothing exists outside relationship. It demands communications that grow, cooperate, and repair without exile or scapegoating.
Unify religion and science, East and West, past and present. Build your own clear worldview and map to awakening—YOUR WAY—whether you believe in God or not.
Jay Thomas Williams
I’ve spent a lifetime learning. Physics, history, philosophy, psychology, theology, mythology, yoga, and integral theory. I also made my living in more than a dozen trades; owned, managed and mentored small businesses, and trained others in each one. I wrote tons of policies, procedures, software, manuals, websites, ads, articles, and books.
Why did I move around so much? There are two reasons: I was always growing; and I have no time for bullshit. I never stayed where the truth was ignored. The consistent and considerable good I did along the way always happened because reality—the truth—was revealed. We must always honor the truth, and when we really see it, it almost always requires some course corrections.
The Truth Is: Love is much more than a feeling. It is the organizing structure of reality—because nothing exists outside relationship. Loving structures allow us to coordinate relationships, make sense of the world, and trust uncertainty. When those structures are recognized and put in place, individuals and communities grow stronger, wiser, more creative; become healthier, happier—and more profitable. Alignment with the truth reduces friction and drag.
My work brings those truths into practice through writing, teaching, speaking, consulting and coaching. Whether you’re strengthening a group or community, or leading an organization, the aim is the same: to do more and better by designing structures that see clearly, act responsibly, and steer with love at the helm.
My consulting, writing, speaking, and coaching will help you design structures that reduce friction and allow reality to move safely through your organization!
